You can send your machine to Cheyenne USA (Portland, OR) for repair by following these instructions:
2) Fill out the repair form completely*
3) Print it out
4) Make copies for your records
5) Add them to your package
6) Please ship your package insured and with tracking to:

In order to determine the warranty**, Cheyenne needs the Invoice for the machine. If you do not have it at hand, Cheyenne will calculate it based on the sales data in their system.
*If you fill out the document by hand, write legibly and in block letters so that it does not cause a delay in processing.
