Return Policy

We have taken great care and consideration in choosing all products offered prior to making them available to our customers. If an item purchased does not meet or exceed your expectations, we encourage you to email us. We value your professional expertise and appreciate all feedback from our customers.

Due to the wide range of companies that we work with, some returns or exchanges will be processed directly by the manufacturer and may be subject to the policies and guarantees offered from the individual producer. We make every effort to expedite this process and ask customers to please contact us directly so that we may facilitate the return and or exchange with the original company.

Products that are sealed or sensitive to sterility must be returned in original condition. We adhere to this policy to protect the integrity of our products and to minimize any possible contamination or tampering that could occur. With these guidelines, all returns and exchanges will be considered on a product by product basis and subject to confirmation once the item has been received at our facility.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on items returned after 15 days.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER AGAINST THE ENCLOSED INVOICE. IN THE EVENT YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT AND/OR SHORTED, KEEP ALL ORIGINAL SHIPPING PACKAGING AND NOTIFY US WITHIN 48-HOURS. THESE GUIDELINES MUST BE FOLLOWED OR WE WILL NOT ISSUE A CREDIT. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS AFTER 30-DAYS.

Damaged In-Transit Packages

If upon delivery, you notice that your Package is visibly damaged, you can "Refuse" the delivery. If you Accept it, you are advised to tell the Delivery Driver to note it as "Damaged."

To begin a RMA, you must provide photos of 4 sides of the box + the inside of the box (top view), at least 5 photos total. Additional photos of the item(s) damaged is advised.

Save the original box and all packaging materials, including damaged item(s). We may ask for the return of the item(s).

Credit or replacement cannot be issued, unless we are provided this info.

Return Process

Once a return has been approved, our customer service staff will email you a prepaid Return Label. Unless the product item is returned prior to the exchange shipment, the replacement item must be paid in full.

If there is no exchange or additional shipment, the return label will be sent via email. Returned items will be processed and credit will be issued as account balance or as a credit card refund.
